what is a tagine

Tajine definition

Tajine, or tagine , on the one hand, it's a traditional kitchen utensil Maghreb, flat hollow earthenware  sometimes glazed, topped with a conical lid, and secondly, It's a culinary preparation of the western Maghreb (Algeria and Morocco) , baked in the pan, a kind of stew stewed, which can be composed of a
mixture of meat, poultry or fish, vegetables or fruit and spices
Tagine is a tool or instrument principal for cooking in morroco  and at the same time  , it's a recipe

How to make a tagine

  Some traditional professional workers in Morocco make the tajines from  mud with Grandparents old way  
; they Put mud on a rotating platform   thin sculpt it with their hands
